- We do not offer refunds for “change of mind”

- If we are unable to resolve your technical issue, to be eligible for a refund you must agree to delete all files included in your refund request.
- Once we have received confirmation that you have deleted all files, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
